Every so often I find groups well established in terms of working online. When all participants have their cameras on, my energy level starts to exceed 100%. In such cases, simulations allow groups to reach a state of flow, which has a significant impact on the teaching effect and the level of satisfaction of the participants.
CLIENT:
Solaris Bus & Coach is one of the European leaders in bus and trolleybus production.
NEED:
A company with a 25-year history of dynamic growth. Part of the multinational group CAF since 2018. The DNA of the company is dynamism and entrepreneurship. The price of success is more contracts and greater pressure to deliver projects. From 2020 onwards, remote or hybrid working has intensified the need to deepen collaboration skills in distributed project teams.
CHALLENGE:
The client needed an online training course that would engage participants very much as if it had been delivered onsite. An important aspect was to inspire employees to find better ways of organizing projects. Our task was also to support the idea of achieving business wins through the delivery of project competencies.
SOLUTION:
I started the collaboration by meeting with department leaders to confirm the most urgent development needs. I prepared a dedicated development programme tailored to the needs of each department and their specific business. I have delivered a wide range of simulations, training and services to support effective project management. Such as: Raven 13, Mir 91, Agile, Retrospective and FRIS®. I carried out the entire development process with the support of the HR department. Thanks to my experience and understanding of the way the company works, I created a dedicated catalogue of simulations and training for employees.
