During the simulation, the participants experience a joined cooperation during one of the Shuttle-Mir space station missions. The crew is multinational. The goal is to accomplish as many tasks and experiments as possible. One of the main challenges is to reconcile cultural and technical differences between teams from different countries.
The simulation allows you to experience the process of planning work together, integrating the team, and completing tasks over time. During the activity, participants look for the best solutions and confirm their effectiveness during summaries. The scenario emphasizes the collaboration between the participants to achieve the best result. They all stay in the same virtual space and move around the station via the smartphone application. The simulation can be adapted to the needs of the group and the business context. MIR 91 can be used to work with a wide range of phenomena related to the planning and organization of group work.
