Developing design skills in the marketing team
The Allegro marketing team works in a fast-paced, multi-threaded project environment. The goal was to strengthen project management skills while maintaining a creative work style. The challenge was to combine spontaneity and speed with methodical planning. The program consisted of two coherent workshops based on realistic business simulations. The games allowed participants to practice planning, role division, communication, and decision-making under pressure. Participants observed their own styles of cooperation and transferred their conclusions to their daily work. The result was increased project awareness, better cooperation, and the ability to combine creativity with a structured approach.
