The training program was based on two business games: the Raven13 rescue simulation and the Mir91 strategic space mission. Both games allowed participants to enter demanding scenarios in which timely delivery of results, division of roles, accurate diagnosis of the situation, and operating with incomplete information were important. This allowed teams to observe their natural styles of cooperation in practice and modify their strategies on an ongoing basis.
During the workshops, participants went through the full project cycle: from planning, through implementation, to reviewing their decisions. Business games proved to be an effective tool for showing how creativity and spontaneity can strengthen the project process – as long as they are based on a clear structure, division of responsibilities, and consistent communication.
The combination of intensive simulation and substantive materials allowed participants to translate their gaming experiences into the real, dynamic reality of working at Allegro. The result was increased project awareness, improved collaboration, and a better understanding of how to maintain quality and agility simultaneously in an environment full of fast-paced, diverse projects.
