It is an intensive, two-day simulation that combines key aspects of project management and organizational transformation. Participants gain practical skills in planning, collaboration, decision-making, and change management. The program is based on realistic scenarios and dynamic simulation games, allowing participants to experience the challenges of project execution and organizational transformation firsthand.

On the first day, participants take part in the Raven 13 game, which immerses them in a rescue mission where planning, team integration, and effective task execution in a challenging environment are key.

On the second day, the MIR 91 simulation focuses on change management—participants work on transforming an organization from a silo-based model into a seamlessly functioning entity. Both games are set in space mission scenarios, enhancing elements of competition, collaboration, and effective communication.
