I am a Game Master and I create business games that engage, teach, and lead to victory.
Blaze Goraj
Before becoming a Game Master, I spent 15 years working for large companies like Hewlett-Packard and Mondelez International, where I led projects and built teams. Before entering the corporate world, I had long hair and ran a computer business out of my garage.
I believe games are the best way to learn—provided they combine fun with solid, substantive value. Players experience the problem firsthand and independently find solutions. This sparks emotions, and emotions are the key to real change.
I design game scenarios to be played at least twice. This creates room for growth, testing strategies, and—most importantly—celebrating victory.
